CRM Virtual PC (VPC)

Available for download from Microsoft, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Virtual PC (VPC) is used extensively for training and development purposes for Dynamics CRM 4.0.

CRM Diagnostics Tool

An invaluable tool for performing diagnostics on systems, the CRM Diagnostics tool allows users to easily export logs and adjust environment variables through an easy to use interface.

CRM IFD Tool

The IFD tool allows for the easy configuration of Internet Facing Deployments (IFD) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

IFD deployments are used when Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 needs to be exposed by either service providers or when there is a scenario for a company to have a public facing CRM.

CRM Performance Analyzer

The same tool used by the Microsoft product team to perform stress testing and deliver metrics on performance, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Performance Toolkit facilitates load testing of CRM deployments. Used in conjunction with the Visual Studio Suite (Tester Edition), the Performance toolkit is used to test if the scale requirements of a particular deployment can be met.
