Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years experience installing, configuring, administering, supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, preferably in an environment where Dynamics CRM is integrated with SharePoint 2007 or 2010.
  • 2+ years experience designing, architecting, developing, implementing, supporting and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • 5+ years of hands-on leadership in design, architecture, implementation and deployment of Microsoft technology platforms.
  • In-depth working knowledge and experience with different versions of Microsoft .NET framework (ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, etc.) and the Microsoft solutions “stack”

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Working knowledge of other Microsoft technologies including: SharePoint (2007 or 2010), Performance Point, SQL Server, SharePoint Designer, AJAX, and/or BizTalk.
  • Experience identifying, evaluating and proposing business/technology solutions, frameworks or roadmaps built on Microsoft technologies to address specific business needs.
  • Experience developing business cases, project plans, cost/benefit analysis and project documentation.
  • Experience leading, mentoring and training internal (practice members, cross functional staff) and external stakeholders (partners and clients).
  • Microsoft Certifications for Dynamics CRM, SharePoint or related Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and/or other CRM applications with willingness to learn MS CRM
  • Previous work experience with large/enterprise companies
  • Resource management skills
  • Industry standard project management methodologies
  • Organization and attention-to-detail in meeting documentation requirement

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Business groups to help understand and define business needs.
  • Develop initial project plans based on feedback and interaction with business and development team.
  • Create new and extend existing operational documentation.
  • Consult colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systems
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully complete challenging software projects
  • Responsible for overall project management and communication across various IT & Business functional groups.
  • Develops and manages project plans that encompass the complete project life cycle (i.e. project requirements, development, quality assurance, deployment etc.).
  • Determines detailed approach and timeline of projects.
  • Works with the cross-functional area leads to secure resources and ensures resources are used effectively.
  • Defines roles and expectations of team members and ensures timely feedback.
  • Measures and monitors progress to ensure that a project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Consult closely with management and customer staff related to projects and tasks.
  • Communicates key milestones, issues and project status.
  • Takes on complete ownership of their projects and resolves issues affecting project scope, quality, effort, risk, and timeline.
  • Creates and manages contingency plans for the project, if necessary.
  • Reviews and provides feedback on project deliverables (product requirements, functional specifications, etc.)
  • Work onsite/remote as necessary

The right candidate must be effective in determining practical solutions for both business and technical processes. The individual should have a proven track record of delivering high quality projects that resulted in high customer satisfaction. The individual will work closely with resources at all levels. Experience working with offshore resources is a plus. A successful candidate in this position should be demonstrate strong relationships with internal clients in gathering business requirements, assessing business needs, and providing creative and effective solutions that conform to emerging technology standards.

This position can also be based out of our office in downtown Los Angeles or Portland, however requires about 50% travel availability. You must be willing and able to be remote and be onsite at customer locations for extended period of times.
