Initial Setup:
● Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online comes with an initial setup screen, however which options are the right options for my organization?

● There are several different email configuration and tracking options - we'll take the time to review the options and make sure you understand how and why they are different.

● Setting up the Product Catalog (and related Discount and Pricing Lists) can be accomplished in no time with our guidance.
Training:
From everything to everyday usage which might include how to create a Lead, Account or Contact, to building complex Workflow structures (and everything in between), we can provide you with the expertise you need to easily understand why and how things work.

Configuration:
Would you like to setup Quotas for your sales people but don't know where or how to do that? (Answer: you need to set and save the fiscal year first...)

Would you like to learn how to quickly and easily create a mail merge, and then save the merge as an activity within CRM? (Answer: you need to start the mail merge in Outlook - the IE client doesn't extend this functionality aspect to mail merges...)

Would you benefit from the creation and usage of Resource Groups, but are not sure where and how to set them up? Is the Service Calendar a mystery?
